Information
The
common centipede eats other small arthopods which means
it does not eat any of the food found in your kitchen.
It prefers to hunt at night in your bathroom and it
bites its prey first with a mild poison before eating
it. The poison is not dangerous to large mammals like
us. The usually inhabit the inside of walls in the common
house or appartment. The centipede is remarkable because
it lives for several years and grow to become 1.5 inches
in length. It can also shed many of its legs and replace
them if attacked. There is also no way to control the
centipede population.
